Weight

I have finally broken away from the 175 barrier! Today I weighed 173.8, and I am feeling lighter than ever. I was right on track with my four pound weight loss last month, so as long as I can keep it up, I will be at my goal weight by June.

I will get back to blogging in another week or so after my final assignments are turned in. Spring semester is KILLING me!!!!

  1. not that you care what i weigh or anything, but in the past month or two i've gone from 198 to 189 - until 2 weeks ago then i jumped back up to 192.

i just got on the scale (like 15 minutes ago) thinking that i was gonna be up even more. it was 188! i'm so happy about that. i don't feel like i was "dieting" quite as strict as i was before but i am definitely still watching it. (i.e., i've had a couple of sodas AND some chocolate this week and i feel guilty about it... hey, it's that week for me. i had a lot of hormone induced headaches that only sugar and caffeine could fix!)

  2. Awesome, Analee! I think when we just step back and forget the whole "diet" mentality, we do our best. I have weeks where I feel like I have slipped, but then I get on the scale and those are my best weeks. Vice Versa, on weeks I do really well, I find the scale doesn't budge. Go figure. I am adding strength training to my workout schedule this week since everyone says that will help with these last 10 pounds. I hope so because I absolutely HATE strength training!

  4. Very large improvements in the user interface and experience, Visio 2010 completely abandoned the "menu" and "tools" of the old mode of operation, the Office Fluent interface. Now we can through the Visio 2010 download service the local charts and SharePoint Web Part integrated into with Visio drawings to share with others only need to tell each other document address.
